Did Liam Neeson Throw Some Real Housewives-Worthy Shade at the New Star Wars Movie?
The former Star Wars actor keeps it real when he's asked about The Last Jedi.
Liam Neeson first appeared in the Star Wars franchise's 1999 film The Phantom Menace as Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and lended his voice to 2002's Attack of the Clones. He hasn't been in any of the subsequent movies, but he still likes to keep up with them.
A caller on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen asked Neeson if he's seen the latest film, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and what he thought of it, and he was very candid.
"I enjoyed it," Neeson said. "I thought it was half an hour too long ... is that wrong to say?"
Assured that it is a fair critique for the two hour and 35 minute-long feature, he continued, "It was endless, but it's Hollywood with all its bells and whistles, which is fantastic. The production value is amazing, but it was just stretched a little bit too long. A little bit."
Watch the clip to see if he'd consider joining future Star Wars movies.
