Danni Warren and Diana Cruz Reveal Where They Stand with Daisy Kelliher Today
Below Deck Sailing Yacht stews Danni Warren and Diana Cruz also shared if they would work with Daisy Kelliher again in the future.
As Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 has progressed, Parsifal III stews Danni Warren and Diana Cruz have continually clashed with their chief stew, Daisy Kelliher — and as it turns out, the ladies still have some hard feelings toward their former boss.
Months after filming wrapped in Ibiza, both Danni and Diana appeared on the January 6 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. There, they were asked if they would "work with Daisy again" in the future.
"No," Diana immediately answered, which you can check out in the clip above. Danni, meanwhile, had a bit of a different answer.
"If I had to," she said. "A job is a job. Yeah, for me, a job's a job. I don't really care. Like, I know how to deal with it, so it's all good."
Host Andy Cohen then asked Diana to explain why she wouldn't want to work with the Ireland native again in the future.
"She's all over the place. I'm sorry, but it's the truth," Diana explained. "She's unfocused, she's always on her phone, basically. And, for me, my peace is just way more important than that."
Why did Diana Cruz and Danni Warren clash with Daisy?
On Season 5, Episode 13 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which aired on January 6, Danni had a chat with Daisy about how she felt like she was "losing [her] passion and motivation" for the yachting industry. Why? Noting that she was also speaking "on behalf of Diana," Danni felt like she hadn't gotten a ton of direction on the boat from Daisy.
"I don't feel like we're always a group performing all to our peak because of it... It's just hard," she continued to her boss.
Daisy then apologized to Danni for feeling like she had snapped at her.
"I'd like to think I'm very approachable. Maybe in the heat of the moment, maybe I'm direct. I mean, I can only make someone care so much," Daisy said in response, later adding that she felt a little "blindsided" by the whole conversation.
Details on the drama between Danni Warren, Diana Cruz, and Daisy Kelliher
Later on in the episode, Daisy had a conversation with Captain Glenn Shephard about the charter guests' experience — which was less than satisfactory.
After Glenn reported that the guests had taken issue with the interior team, Daisy began to get emotional. Before she took a break from the chat, she said that it had been a difficult day for her.
Meanwhile, while cleaning the cabins, Danni told Diana what she had shared with Daisy.
"I told Daisy that I think she's unmotivated and not passionate and doesn't give a f-ck," Danni said. "What am I supposed to do, Diana? I said it's very hard to work for somebody that doesn't give a f-ck."
"She's not the worst chief stew because she actually is comprehensive and stuff," Diana said.
In an interview on the episode, Diana added that she felt like Daisy was "great," and she was concerned that Danni wasn't "considering other people's feelings."
Daisy soon returned to finish her chat with Glenn, but what will happen next in her drama with her stews? Keep tuning in to Below Deck Sailing Yacht to find out.
