Craig Conover is sharing some updates on what his life looks like today following his split from Paige DeSorbo. After it was confirmed in late December that the Southern Charm cast member and Summer House cast member had broken up, Craig addressed the split in a lengthy video statement he shared to his Instagram Stories on Jan. 7, in which he also teased what he has coming up next as he navigates his " new normal."

"I'll see everyone on my travels this January. We got a lot coming up," he shared in his statement regarding his breakup with Paige that he shared this week. His travels, as it turns out, include several upcoming home shows.

Craig Conover teases his future plans for his pillow company, Sewing Down South

In a Dec. 6 interview with The Daily Dish, Craig teased that he has some big plans on the horizon for his pillow company, Sewing Down South.

"I think we're in like, this influx point where we're at like 25 employees and we gotta figure out how to continue," he said. "We're used to it being small and it's growing rapidly, which is great, but it's still just me, Jerry, and Amanda. I mean, we have 25 employees but there's just three of us at the management level, so [I] gotta figure it out."

He further shared that the brand has " a lot of collabs in the works," adding, "[I'm] just keeping it all organized and [putting] one foot in front of another."

Craig Conover opens Charleston restaurant, By the Way, with Austen Kroll

Craig and Austen Kroll officially opened their latest restaurant collaboration, By the Way, in Charleston in December in a splashy event attended by their friends. "Charleston is a very fun town, a very social town, but the bars are a little more geared towards partying. It's just a different energy and right now I started to find that, you know, after dinner there wasn't a place to take your partner or family in town, or like, after a business dinner, there wasn't anywhere to go except like going straight to a college bar. There's not really options if you wanted to go somewhere and your body to still move from the music, but you can hear each other talk," Craig explained to The Daily Dish at the big event. "So we we basically built a bar because there wasn't a place like this in Charleston to go hang out."

In addition to By The Way, Craig and Austen are also investors in New York City's Carriage House.

Craig Conover remains focused on his fitness

On Jan. 7, Craig shared a selfie from a gym session that shows that he remains committed to his health and fitness in the new year.

Craig addressed his split from Paige in a video statement shared on his Instagram Stories on Jan. 7.

"I figured it's finally time to check in with everyone. Sorry about the delay. This has all been very, very unexpected, to say the least. But I guess life has to, I gotta start living it, whatever that looks like. Whatever my new normal looks like," he said "I have to start. Gratitude will get you through this. [With] time comes clarity, all of the advice I'm trying to listen to. Right before the holidays, I was very shocked and it's OK. It takes two people to be in a relationship and you can't control other people. You can only control how you react to it. So I'm gonna be kind to Paige and me and yourselves and all of that good stuff. I am still processing everything, which is normal. I mean [it was a] 3-year relationship; it's your best friend who you talk to all day every day; and then they're just gone."

He added that he will share more about their split at some point. "So, one day I'll be able to talk more on it, but right now I just wanted to thank everyone for their kind messages. It has been really nice to read them and it's just life," he said. "I have to take my own advice that I give when I go around and speak at these home shows that no one's ever not better off after a breakup, but I guess now I got to practice what I preach and believe it and truly have faith in God that everything happens for a reason. But I love you all and I'll see everyone on my travels this January. We got a lot coming up."
