Who needs six-pack abs and rock-hard muscles? Not Chris Manzo. You see, "dad bod" might be a new trend, but it's something the Manzo'd With Children brother has been waiting to become en vogue his entire life. But, what is a dad bod, you ask? Inspired by the return of Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, we sought guidance on that and some other burning topics from a series of experts.
"I would say you have to have a little gut. It's in the in between," brother Albie Manzo explained. Need more info? "It's the same body as a baby," Chris added. So, basically, it just means that a guy is slightly out of shape.
"I'm the proud owner of a dad bod," Chris further joked. "This is the moment I've been waiting for, for years, like, 'One day this s*** is going to be in.'" But, don't expect dad bods to run in the Manzo family. "I'm working hard to avoid the dad bod." Good to know, Albie.
