14 Celebrities You Had No Idea Are Godparents

A godmother is a special person in any child's life. (Just ask Cinderella.) But, if your godmother is Dolly Parton ... well, that makes the whole thing even more special.

From the country crooner herself to Taylor Swift and even Macaulay Culkin, here are 14 celebrities that are quietly killing the godparent game. 

As if it's not enough that Miley Cyrus has a famous dad and the world's most gorgeous (on-again) fiancé, the "Malibu" singer went and got the coolest godparent of all time: Dolly Parton. Miley told Cosmopolitan that she's learned a lot from: "watching the way [Dolly] treats people with love and respect. Always a reminder to me and my family of what is important. Never let success change your heart."

The two singers have also teamed up on duets, most recently lending their shared vocals to Miley's sweet song "Rainbowland." 

Speaking of songstresses who casually godparent on the side, T-Swift is godmother to Jaime King's son Leo Thames Newman. Coolest name ever, coolest godmom ever — this kid has it made in the shade. Swift has been by the little guy's side since he was just a few minutes old, too. Though he's now healthy (phew!), Leo had a congenital heart defect when he was born, and had to undergo surgery. The Reputation singer was right there in the ICU to support Leo and his mom. 

It's good to be Jaime King's son. The model's other kid, James, claims Jessica Alba as his godmother. Just imagine all the Honest swag this little one gets! 

In facts that continue to blow our mind no matter how long we've known them, the Home Alone legend is the godfather to Michael Jackson's 19-year-old daughter Paris and her brother Prince, who's 20.

And, Macaulay is not a regular godfather — he's a cool godfather. The actor recently got matching tattoos with Paris. The two have also been known to set serious Easter goals.

The King of Pop didn't just choose one famous godparent for his little ones. The legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor was Paris and Prince's godmother. 

The music legend was happy to repay the favor when it came to serving as a godparent for his pals. Jackson was the godfather for Sofia Richie, Lionel Richie's 19-year-old daughter.
