Caroline Manzo Mourns the Loss of the Family Dog: "Rest In Peace, Sweet Girl"
The Manzo'd with Children matriarch lost an important member of her family.
This week, Caroline Manzo took to Instagram to share some sad news. The Manzo'd with Children matriarch shared that the family's dog, Chaos, has passed away.
"Her name was Chaos and she was the sweetest, gentlest, soul, ever," The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum matriarch wrote about the late German shepherd, also sharing some sweet snaps of the pet. "Rest In Peace, sweet girl."
Lauren Manzo Scalia also took to Instagram to mourn the longtime family dog. "The Sweetest Pup in the world went to heaven today. We love you, Pretty Girl," she wrote on Instagram. "Thanks for 12 years of unconditional love."
Dolores Catania offered her support in the comments section of Lauren's post, writing, "I'm so sorry."
Lauren's cousin, Ashlee Holmes Malleo, also commented, "Nooo! Aww. I'm so sorry. RIP Chaos."
The Manzos are fans of the dog breed; they previously owned two German shepherds at the same time. Back in 2016, they lost Atlas, who happened to be Chaos' best pal.

It's been a hard year for Caroline and her family. Back in April, Caroline and sister Dina Manzo lost their dad, Joseph Laurita.
"His favorite song was 'My Way' and that’s exactly how he lived his life. His way. A tougher man there never was, and in his final days he showed that strength over and over again. May God bless you always, Dad, and grant you eternal peace. Know that you were loved. Forever in our hearts," Caroline shared at the time when she confirmed the news of his passing.
