Carole and Luann Weigh In On Their Twitter Beef
Have the RHONY stars buried the hatchet?
After Carole Radziwill came clean to Luann de Lesseps about dating Adam on last week’s episode of Real Housewives of New York City, the ladies took it to the Tweets and started to trade barbs on social media.
After the exchange, Luann seemed to wave the white flag while appearing as a guest on Watch What Happens Live, asking Carole if they could move on from the mess.
So where do they stand now? We got a chance to talk exclusively to both of the RHONY stars last night while on the red carpet at the NBCU Cable Entertainment Upfront to see if anything changed since the social media standoff.
”I was shocked as anybody and everybody to see what she was writing on Twitter and I think desperate Housewives do desperate things,” Carole tells The Daily Dish. “I don’t play those games, so you’ll have to ask her what she’s up to.”
The Countess wasn’t exactly on the same page. “I did wave the flag,” she says. “I have issues with her further down the road, but everything is cool at the moment.”
As for if there’s any chance for a reconciliation, Luann remains hopeful. “You know, you can fight with family, but you still have to hang out with them,” she explains.
