Carl Radke Celebrated the New Year with an Unexpected Person: "Caviar Problems" (PICS)

Carl Radke has officially said goodbye to 2024 in the best way possible. The Summer House cast member had a very productive 2024, focusing on his life as a single man (following his 2023 split from Lindsay Hubbard), and launching his brand-new business, Soft Bar + Café. And now, with 2025 here, he's looking forward to a new year filled with "caviar problems" and hanging out with new friends, like The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member, Meredith Marks.
Carl took to his Instagram Story on New Year's Day (Jan. 1) where he posted a series of videos of himself sitting down to dinner with Meredith, her husband, Seth Marks, and their friends at NYC's Flyfish Club. In the videos, Meredith and Seth can be seen smiling for the camera, before turning the camera onto the table (filled with caviar), and showing off Carl, sitting at the table in front of them.
"2025 is the year of caviar problems," Meredith captioned the video. Meredith then showed off the dance floor at the New Year's celebration, with Carl wearing a tan velvet suit and a black shirt underneath, holding his phone and smiling for the camera. Although this pairing might be a little unlikely, Meredith does live in Manhattan part-time, giving their friendship a little more proximity.
Carl Radke on Summer House Season 9
Carl has a lot to look forward to in 2025, like the premiere of Summer House Season 9, which airs on Bravo on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. It's safe to say that Carl is going to have a good summer this year "after a difficult" few months last summer.
Per his cast bio for this season: Carl is ready to move forward with his life as he focuses on opening a bar and café for mindful consumption, Soft Bar. While he cautiously reenters the dating field, not even sharing a house with his pregnant ex-fiancé can bring Carl down.
Details on Carl Radke's non-alcoholic bar and café, Soft Bar + Café
This new year will also be the year that Carl will open his new business, Soft Bar + Café, a non-alcoholic beverage café set to open in Brooklyn. He conducted a brief Q&A session on Instagram last month where he revealed that the bar will serve "soft cocktails" to patrons looking to practice "mindful consumption" and looking for a "better way to sip and socialize." "These are premium, they are sophisticated, and they are elevated," he explained.
Although the business has not yet announced its permanent location in Brooklyn, construction is currently underway, and the business is hoping to open in "early 2025". Soft Bar + Café will also be hosting a pop up in Brooklyn between Jan. 9 and Jan. 12.
Is Carl Radke dating anyone?
Carl is single and has not admitted to seeing anyone special since he spoke about his single status last year. He spoke to The New York Times in late May, where he revealed that he is "fully single for the first time in years."
"I'm looking forward to this summer because of my friends and getting back to having fun. Got one more summer before I'm 40," he said at the time.
