We Finally Know the One Thing Captain Lee Rosbach Won't Do for Charter Guests
The #BelowDeck boss puts his foot down when it comes to this ask.
We've seen the Below Deck crew go to great lengths to please charter guests over the years. From putting on a drag show to tracking down a bottle of Don Julio to even marrying a couple while at sea, it seems like there really isn't anything this bunch of ambitious yachties won't do to get that highly sought-after tip.
Well, if you thought that, you'd be wrong, because we've finally found one request that won't be fulfilled under Captain Lee Rosbach's watch. "If a client throws money at anything, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish for them. [But the answer is] drugs," Captain Lee recently told Fox News when asked if there are any requests he'll absolutely say no to. "I don’t care how much money they have. It doesn’t make any difference to me. But drugs are definitely off-limits."
We have to say that makes a lot of sense, especially knowing that Captain Lee was once forced to end a charter early when drugs were found in one of the guest cabins in Season 1 of Below Deck (clip above).
Of course, Captain Lee has seen his fair share of outrageous requests over the years. "We had a particular brand of suckling pig flown in from New Zealand for a New Year’s Eve dinner. And that was the only thing flown in, this pig," he recalled to Fox News. "We had an owner who wanted eggplant for lunch and the particular area we were in didn’t have any. He had a pilot standing by because we couldn’t find eggplant. So he jetted off someplace to pick up a case."
