Captain Lee Rosbach Has a Day Out with His Eldest Son: "Trying to Get Back Into Life"
The Below Deck captain shared his special appearance at a Miami Marlins game with his family.
Captain Lee Rosbach's appearance at the August 13 Miami Marlins game was even more amazing than we realized. The Below Deck boss used the special occasion to take his eldest son Glen and grandson Cody out to the ball game.
Captain Lee opened up about the happy day on Instagram, sharing an epic photo of himself throwing out the first pitch of the Marlins' game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. "What a thrill," Captain Lee wrote in the caption to the post. "Trying to get back into life."
His grandson got to have the "experience of a lifetime" as he did the lineup exchange at home plate before the game. Captain Lee also shared a photo with his son Glen in the suite before the game began. He admitted that he "was nervous as hell" to take the mound to throw the first pitch.
This family-filled day came a few weeks after Captain Lee shared the news that his youngest son Joshua Lee Rosbach passed away in July. He was 42.
Earlier this month, Captain Lee, a father of five children in total, thanked everyone for all of their love and support during this difficult time. "[Everyone] has been so kind and gracious, [my wife] Mary Anne and I are deeply moved and humbled," he shared on Twitter.
