Vicki Gunvalson on Brooks Ayers: "I Don't Talk to Him Nor Will I Ever Speak to Him Again"
The #RHOC OG responds to the latest development in her ex's cancer drama.
Hot on the heels of the revelation that Brooks Ayers was not treated for cancer at City of Hope hospital, his ex-girlfriend, Real Housewives of Orange County's Vicki Gunvalson, has addressed her relationship with him on Twitter. When asked by a follower if she still talks to him, she confirmed she no longer has any contact with Brooks, who has since admitted to fabricating medical documents related to his cancer diagnosis. "I don't talk to him nor will I ever speak to him again. This man is sick," she wrote.
Vicki answered several more fan queries about Brooks. "I am not the one who was untruthful — I loved a man and believed him just the way they believe their spouses," she added, seeming to reference the other women on RHOC.
After City of Hope confirmed they have never treated Brooks, he came clean about fabricating medical documents, but noted that Vicki was not aware of his actions. "Words cannot express the deep regret that I have in fabricating documents to 'prove' to the world that I, in fact, have cancer. What I did was wrong and inexcusable. I acted alone, without Vicki [Gunvalson]'s knowledge, to produce documents for a reality TV show in hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest," he said in a statement to E! News. "I never intended to disclose my actual medical records or details about my private and personal medical history, thus the rationalization of presenting documents that weren't true simply for a 'storyline' for the show."
Brooks will further discuss his cancer diagnosis in a sit-down with Andy Cohen airing November 12 at 9/8c. Vicki and the rest of the RHOC ladies will also share more from the Season 10 reunion the same night in the RHOC Secrets Revealed. Check out a preview below.
