Brooke Williamson and Kristen Kish Reunite for Another Epic “Competition”: “That Is Wild”

After competing on Bravo's Top Chef Season 10, Brooke Williamson and Kristen Kish are once again going head-to-head in the kitchen — but this time, the challenge is particularly sweet.
On the Season premiere of Bravo's digital series The Dish with Kish (watch it above), Brooke was tasked with a modified version of the Top Chef Season 22 premiere's Quickfire. Similarly to the challenge presented to the chefestants on the March 13 episode, Brooke was tasked with creating a dish using one ingredient she selected (anchovies) and one ingredient selected by Kristen (shrimp).
However, unlike Quickfires in the Top Chef kitchen, Kristen put together a plate of "party snacks" for Brooke to enjoy as she cooked, leading to yet another fun challenge between them.
"I have a thought," Kristen said, holding two pieces of candy. "Since our friendship really began in competition, do you want to see who can throw it up higher and catch it?" Brooke excitedly agreed, and went on to win.
Back in Brooke's Quickfire, she revealed she was going to make prawns puttanesca with orecchiette. This time, with Kristen helping her along the way as her sous chef. As Kristen explained in The Dish with Kish episode above, she and Brooke have a strong connection as they went though their first season of Top Chef together.
"I feel like early on, you and I did form a bond," Kristen said in the video above. "Like, an actual friendship."
Brooke agreed, gushing, "You were the absolute best thing that came out of Season 10 for me."
The two went on to watch some footage from Top Chef Season 10, leading Brooke to declare, "That is wild!"

Brooke Williamson's book
In November 2024, Brooke published her first cookbook, Sun-Kissed Cooking: Vegetables Front and Center.
Brooke announced the news in an Instagram post. "After YEARS of hard, wonderful, frustrating, rewarding work, I could not be more excited to announce the release of my very first cookbook," she wrote. "SUN-KISSED COOKING: Vegetables Front and Center is a collection of some of my go-to produce-forward recipes that I hope will inspire you all!"
She added: "With over 100+ recipes (yes, I wrote recipes), all brought to life through the incredible photography of the one and only [Eugene (Huge) Galdones], this book combines my love of fresh produce and seasonality, and are all perfect recipes for home cooks who want to make creative, fun, and most importantly delicious, feel-good food."
