Angie Reveals Bronwyn & Todd Almost Bought Her House — But There was a “Downfall” (EXCLUSIVE)

Angie Katsanevas shared a surprising story about her home on the RHOSLC After Show.

By Abby Feiner

In September, it was revealed that Angie Katsanevas and her husband, Shawn Trujillo, listed their gorgeous home for $4.5 million. As it turns out, another The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City couple were almost the new owners.

In The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show video above, Angie revealed "[Bronwyn Newport's husband] Todd [Bradley] did show some interest" in buying her four-bedroom house.

Bronwyn confirmed as much, explaining, "Before [Angie] listed it, Shawn called Todd and said, 'I know you thought our house was so cool, do you want to come look at it?'"

Clearly, he liked what he saw, as Bronwyn joked, "I think Todd might move in there by himself ... He hates our remodel. He might go live at Angie's."

That would be just fine with Angie and Shawn.

"Todd would be a great buyer because we can go back and visit the house," Angie said. "He lives down the street. I don't think he loves his house."

However, there was one major issue, according to Angie: "We don't have enough property for all their dogs, so I think that was a little bit of a downfall for Bronwyn."

"He did love the house. He brought Bronwyn over," she continued, adding with a laugh, "I think Todd thought he would move into our house and Bronwyn would stay down there and then they could just live happily ever after."

Details on Angie Katsanevas' New Home Build

Later in the clip, Angie shared details on her future home.

"This will be the third home that we've built," she explained. "The minute that we moved into our last house, that we're living in now, Shawn said, 'I have a dream of building a house on all one level.' I knew: don't get comfortable because we're not gonna stay here for too long."

Perhaps most excited about the move? The couple's teenage daughter, Elektra.

"My daughter's an equestrian and she's been begging for horse property," Angie said. "So our goal right now is to find some horse property in Salt Lake in a really beautiful area — and we have our eye on a piece — and have some horses in the back with an ultra-modern all one-level home. "

"There's a beautiful property that we are looking at, and we'll only really relocate for this particular property," she continued. "We love our city views. We've had city views for the last 20 years of our life together so this would be something totally different, but my daughter could live out the rest of her childhood at home and maybe stay with us longer if there's horses on the property."
