Brittany Cartwright Shares Sweet Ode to Special Guy in Her Life: "I Love You"

The Valley's Brittany Cartwright just gave a heartfelt birthday tribute.

By Je'Kayla Crawford

There was just a birthday within The Valley’s cast and Brittany Cartwright decided to pen a sweet message on social media to celebrate it.

How to Watch

Watch The Valley on Peacock.

She, more specifically, took to her Instagram story on Oct. 22 to share two photos with her co-star Zack Wickham in honor of his 36th birthday. The first picture was a behind-the-scenes snapshot of one of his confessional looks, with the caption, "Happy Birthday to my bestieeeee [Zack]. I love you so much everyone give him all of the love today!!!”

The second pic, meanwhile, was a throwback photo of the two of them enjoying each other's company at a dinner. "Happy Birthday [Zack], I love you!!" Brittany added.

As fans of The Valley are surely aware, Brittany and Zack aren’t just cast members on the same show; Their connection goes back for years. On-screen and off-screen, Brittany and Zack are best friends who got to know each other while going to college in Kentucky. Zack was also a member of the wedding party for Brittany's wedding with Jax Taylor (which was featured on Season 8 of Vanderpump Rules).

Are Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor divorced?

After separating from Jax in January, Brittany officially filed for divorce in August. The two are currently still in the process of finalizing their separation as paperwork errors recently occurred in early October. Jax, more specifically, appeared to fill out documents indicating that Brittany would get sole legal and physical custody of their son, Cruz Michael Cauchi. In another portion of the documents, Jax indicated that he was never legally married to the Kentucky native

However, a representative for Jax later clarified that these were mistakes. "Jax and Brittany have already long resolved all matters related to custody of Cruz, and will continue to work together privately for the best interest of their son, which remains their overriding concern," Jax's rep said in a statement to The Daily Dish. "While Jax made errors in filling out forms that are usually done by trained legal professionals, those errors will be amended without delay."

Is Brittany Cartwright dating anyone?

In an October interview, Brittany shared that she's not interested in getting into a serious relationship on the heels of her split from Jax. "I'm open to whatever, but I do not need a boyfriend right now," she told Access Hollywood. "I've got to focus on myself, obviously, focusing on my son, that's the most important [thing] right now. But, you know, a lot's happened to me recently. I got a lot going on. So, we'll see what happens."

The reality TV star doesn’t want to give up on the idea of finding her special someone, though. She revealed on her podcast When Reality Hits that she does plan on expanding her family in the future. "I want Cruz to have a sibling. I think it would be good for him,” Cartwright explained during the episode.
