Brittany Cartwright Reveals How She's Having Fun While "Very Single"
The Valley's Brittany Cartwright also just revealed which single Bravolebrity "looks good."
Brittany Cartwright is having a "little bit" of fun amid her current divorce from her ex, Jax Taylor. However, The Valley cast members, who share 3-year-old son Cruz Cauchi, have been open about their hesitancy to date in the public eye amid their ongoing divorce.
Brittany cleared up her current relationship status during a surprise appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, Dec. 5. "I'm not dating anybody, I'm very single," she told host Andy Cohen.
"Are you having any fun?" Andy asked.
"A little bit," Brittany replied with a smile.
Brittany Cartwright compliments Shep Rose
Although she is not dating anyone at the moment, Brittany did admit that she thinks that Southern Charm cast member Shep Rose was attractive to her during the Season 10 premiere. "He looks good this season!" she exclaimed.
But, after learning that Shep is single right now, Brittany admitted that nothing can happen between them. "Well, we can't go there," she said with a laugh.
"I would love it if you went there," Andy replied. "What could go wrong?"
Shep, who is friends with the former couple, was in attendance at Brittany's wedding to Jax in 2019, but he did not bring a gift, and was later declared to be the "worst guest" at their wedding. However, they were able to clear the air during a podcast appearance in February, where they noted that things were all good between the three of them.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor's co-parenting relationship
Brittany also gave an honest look at her life co-parenting with Jax during Thursday night's WWHL episode. "You know, we're trying our best," she admitted.
She continued to reiterate that their son's health and happiness is her main focus right now. "Cruz is the most important thing, obviously," she said. "So, he's happy, he's healthy, he's perfect."
Brittany Cartwright admits this year has been her "hardest year"
It hasn't been all fun for Brittany this year. After appearing on Bravo's Hot Mic podcast on Nov. 11, she took to the comments of Bravo's official Instagram page, which reposted clips from the podcast, where she admitted why she was so eager to share her own story.
"This has been the hardest year of my life and this is just part of my story," she wrote. "At the end of the day I am learning as I go and trying to be as strong as I possibly can for my son. I hope I can help other women who go through things like I have gone through, to find their strength, because it's nowhere near as easy as it looks."
