Briana Culberson Reflects on Her "Various Surgeries" & How It's Affected Her Health Today

Briana Culberson has been open about her health journey over the years, including her Lupus diagnosis a few years back. More recently, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter reflected on a few specific aspects of that journey in her Instagram Stories, sharing how she was taking care of her lymphatic system with a special technique.
"I had a ton of lymph nodes removed through various surgeries from my neck and left leg," The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter wrote in an Instagram Story. "I have to do a lot of daily work to help lymphatic flow. Our lymphatic system is our body's is our body's waste system and it often needs a little extra TLC, especially in today[']s toxic world. Stagnant lymph can cause a lot of yucky yucky symptoms."
Briana added that she uses a "dry brush every day" before a shower or bath. "You can get a dry brush on Amazon or most stores," she shared. "YouTube has great videos for [how to dry brush], it's super duper easy. Start at [your] feet and work your way up, always brushing towards your heart."
Additionally, Briana shared another secret to her health success: wiggling.
"I wiggle every day. First thing in the morning and/or after a workout," she wrote over a photo of herself on the Lifepro Waver Mini Vibration Plate ($118) that claims to help "increase blood flow" and circulation while also promoting "muscle strength" and "lymphatic drainage."
Briana Culberson's "simple change" to her health journey
In addition to dry brushing and using her wiggle board, Briana also swears by walking for optimized health.
In October 2024, Briana noted that she's improved her health just by walking around her farm in Oklahoma, where she lives with her four kids and her husband, Ryan Culberson. "I've been walking every day for the past 8 weeks and this is what I've noticed..." Briana wrote over the Instagram video.
"I'm a little less jiggly yes, but...Better energy, Happier mood, Emotions are more regulated," she continued. "More gratitude for the small things. Better sleep. Less aches and pains. Less craving and snacking. And I look forward to it every day."
In the caption of the post, Briana continued to open up about how walking has improved various aspects of her overall health. "Find your favorite walking route, walk with your loved ones, put your favorite music on (with wired headphones!), and make it a priority!" she wrote.
She concluded: "It's a simple change you can wiggle into your daily routine with so many benefits. Watch one less TV show and go for a walk!"
