The Hills were alive—with drama!—on this week's episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. After Kim Richards showed bizarre behavior at Eileen Davidson's poker party, the star admitted to taken "something" for her pain. When Kyle tried to confront her about it, Brandi got in the way and hoped to get Kim home rather than face-off with her sister.

Stirring the pot? Or a genuine friend? Kyle Richards questioned Brandi's motives after the episode aired on Twitter. And Brandi also sent out tweets suggesting her motives were pure. "Kyle roughly grabbed I twisted free," she wrote, referring to Kyle trying to get Brandi out of the way. "Kyle roughly grabbed AGAIN, her nails SCRATCHING into my arm PULLING me. I had to push her off." Kyle's response online was succinct: "Pathetic."

Fans were immediately divided. One tweeted at Brandi, "Anyone that didn't see your good intentions didn't like you to begin with," while another said it wasn't any of Brandi's business: "You shouldn't come between sisters."

The feud didn't end there. Brandi and Kyle took to the tabloids to give their own version of the events. "I was trying to protect Kim and her health," Brandi told People. "In my opinion Kyle doesn't care about Kim's health, she cares about fame." Kyle responded: "Anyone who knows me knows that family is the most important thing to me. My only concern that night was for the well-being of my sister Kim and I just wish Brandi had not put herself in between us. She is not a family member and knows nothing about our history or our relationships."
