What's the Best Way to Get Over a Hangover?
The #PumpRules cast, NeNe Leakes, Gail Simmons, and more reveal how to rally after a night of partying.
There's no doubt that at some point this holiday season, you'll probably drink a little too much. There's just something about the holidays that seems to pair well with overindulging. And, let's be real, all that drinking usually leads to a wicked hangover. But, don't fret! We're here to help you come up with a gameplan to help deal with the pain. "People always say like the weirdest s*** and it's like, 'Dude, no,'" Vanderpump Rules SURver Tom Sandoval said of the wacky home remedies some people claim work wonders. But as our not-so-scientific research shows, sometimes it's the simplest things that can help you get over the hangover hump.
Pain relievers, water, and greasy food make the cut, obviously. However, as it turns out, the best way to get over a hangover just might be with the hair of the dog. "Just keep eating and drinking, stay the course," Top Chef judge Gail Simmons shared. Looking for some more sure-fire remedies? We also enlisted a few more SURvers (who, lets's face it, are kind of experts in this topic) and Real Housewives of Atlanta alum NeNe Leakes to reveal their post-drinking rituals. Check it out in the video above, and feel free to take notes.-Additional reporting by Crystal Puccio
