Is Bethenny Frankel Still Dating Dennis?
The #RHONY mogul reveals her current relationship status.
Bethenny Frankel introduced us all to her boyfriend, Dennis, on Wednesday's The Real Housewives of New York City. During the episode, she shared that she and her longtime friend/fan decided to make things romantic after he separated from his wife and reached out to her, confessing he had feelings. Dennis, along with Carole Radziwill, were right there in the audience when Bethenny launched her charity, B Strong, late last year. So, now fans might be wondering: Are Bethenny and Dennis still going strong? The Skinnygirl mogul confirmed that the duo are no longer together.
"My dear friend Carole was kind enough to donate 1k dollars that morning and Dennis was so generous to donate 10k. I'm sure many of you want to know about the mystery man. He is a good person and has been a friend for decades who I care about very much," she wrote in her cast blog. "At the moment, I am not in a relationship by choice. I really choose to spend my time with my daughter and working on passion projects such as this very important charity."
When The Daily Dish spoke to Bethenny at that charity launch event last December, she shared how important B Strong is to her and how her own struggles helped to inspire her to want to help other females. "It doesn't matter how successful you are. It doesn't matter how pretty of a face you put on. We all suffer from feeling depressed and sad and lonely and hopeless and helpless," she said. "And you know I've been with no money in my bank account; not to the poverty point, but I've experienced challenges in my life, and I've more recently experienced emotional challenges and I want to help other women."
Bethenny also had a message for any guys who feel intimidated by the strong females taking over the world right now. "The world is very empowered right now by females, and men just have to get used to it and get out of the way," she said. "I don't know if men are ready for how much women bring to the table right now, because men just can't pay the bill and expect for that to be enough. Women are paying the bills too."
