See What Has Below Deck Sailing's Charter Guests Upset: “Really Gonna Bother Me…”

The latest Below Deck Sailing Yacht charter guests were less than pleased with their meal setup.

During Season 5, Episode 10 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which aired Monday, December 9, the charter guests were less than pleased with their lunch setup — an unfortunate situation for the stewardesses, who were trying to do their best on the bumpy open water.

On the first day of charter, Parsifal III was en route to Cala Comte, Ibiza. Because the boat was in motion, the crew decided it would be best to not serve a formal, place-set meal. There would be no fancy tableware, just good food courtesy of Chef Cloyce Martin.

Instead, the crew had the women — who were on the trip to celebrate a 50th birthday — sit in a casual booth on the lower level of the boat.

"See, this is just ...  if somebody wants to get out, it's a pain," said a guest. "Do we also have to eat every meal at this table?" asked the primary, Ronnie. "Like, can we eat upstairs, or? It's really gonna bother me. I gotta get over it."

Luckily, the women got their wish to eat on the deck ... if only for a minute. During their nighttime meal, the wind picked up and left them with no option but to move back downstairs for their main courses.

"Sorry about the wind, it usually drops off at night," said Captain Glenn Shephard as the women waited to continue eating.

In the end, the locale didn't really matter — they adored the food.

"We're in shock at what the chef's doing!" the guests said. "We're amazed. We love it. We're super fans. We're kinda speechless."

A casual lunch was Captain Glenn Shephard's idea

Ultimately, the decision to host a casual lunch was the Captain's idea.

"Dais, any chance you could do lunch on this angle with you?" he asked his chief stewardess prior to mealtime. "No, it's fine. I'm sure they'll be fine. And I'll chat with Cloyce," Daisy Kelliher responded.

When she asked the chef if a low-key meal was OK, he said "theoretically" — to which she insisted on a "yes or no" answer.

"Yeah, that's fine," he said.

Meanwhile, the other stewardesses discussed the last time they tried to host a meal this way.

"The last time we did it slightly like this, everything fell," Diana Cruz said.

Daisy's response? Keep things simple. And they did!
