Below Deck Down Under Is Coming to Bravo: Find Out When It Premieres
Get ready to see Captain Jason Chambers, Aesha Scott, and the rest of the Thalassa crew on Bravo!
Bravo is giving Below Deck fans exactly what's on their preference sheet. The Peacock original series Below Deck Down Under is coming to Bravo for an encore run starting on Monday, July 11 at a special time of 9:15/8:15c. Episodes will air at their regular time on Tuesdays at 9/8c starting on Tuesday, July 12.
Below Deck heads to Australia in the latest iteration of the beloved franchise, transporting viewers to the glamorous and adventurous world of yachting amid the stunning backdrop of the tropical Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef.
At the helm of M/Y Thalassa is Captain Jason Chambers, the youngest captain in the Below Deck franchise, who instantly makes crew members and charter guests (and viewers!) swoon. But don't let his good looks fool you. Though Captain Jason is like a big brother to his crew, he also isn't afraid to lay down the law.
Fans will recognize a familiar face among the yachties: Aesha Scott, who previously served as a stew in Seasons 4 and 5 of Below Deck Mediterranean. This time, Aesha is the chief stew, and it doesn't take long for her to learn that working with the interior and the galley goes to a whole new level when you're in charge.
Joining Captain Jason and Aesha on the Thalassa crew will be chef Ryan McKeown, bosun Jamie Sayed, stews Tumi Mhlongo and Magda Ziomek, and deckhands Culver Bradbury, Brittini Burton, and Benny Crawley. Prepare to see workplace drama like never before as the personal and professional lives of these yachties collide this season of Below Deck Down Under.
Not only will there be some wild charter guests this season, but they will also be getting into some pretty mesmerizing activities. With Below Deck Down Under bringing new experiences like scuba diving, snorkeling, and some close encounters with marine life, it will be an awe-inspiring adventure for the charter guests, Thalassa crew, and fans alike.
Captain Jason previously teased what fans can expect from this season of Below Deck Down Under in an interview with Bravo Insider in March. "We're going to show them Australia, which is fantastic, and being in my home country, it was just an honor to be part of the show and down there. In terms of the show itself, we're going to see a lot of crew growth. We'll see the drama. It's definitely going to be there because it's real. It happens in our industry as well," he said. "The timeframe that we do all these charters in is intense. We have no choice but to go have some ups and downs. And, at the end of it, we all come out a better person and definitely better crew members."
Of course, with Aesha's iconic sense of humor, as well as her fellow yachties ready to bring the party, we know Below Deck Down Under is going to give us all the fun in the sun this summer. "I just feel like I spent so much of the season just laughing my head off. And I think that this mix of crew, we were so good at egging each other on, and there really are just so many hysterical moments. So I think that it's just such a funny season," Aesha told Bravo Insider in March. "There is a lot of drama. And it’s just gonna be so entertaining. So I just can’t wait for everyone to see."
