Captain Lee Rosbach Fires Dane

As Dane's drinking escalated throughout the Tuesday episode of Below Deck (October 13), it was clear he was rubbing his fellow crew mates the wrong way (and breaking Captain Lee's two basic rules). In fact, Eddie even confronted him about his behavior while the crew was hanging out.

Eddie Confronts Dane

Following deckhand Dane's dismissal from the Eros, Captain Lee has opened up about Dane's naughty behavior in his blog. "I really do not have any use for that sort of behavior. I have given you ample opportunity to redeem yourself and you totally dropped the ball. I’m sure that the crew was very pleased with the way you totally ruined everyone’s day off at the resort. How does one person single handedly do that?" he wrote. "You sir, embarrassed yourself, the yacht, and the crew, which you fortunately are no longer a part of. I really do hope you get the help you so obviously need and wish you the best."

But he didn't stop there. Captain Lee headed to social media during the episode to dish about the boozy events that unfolded before Dane was handed his walking papers. He also chimed in when one viewer called Dane "tacky" for boasting about tipping the bartenders.

The Captain did not bite his tongue when it asked how Dane's behavior compared to that of Chef Leon.

Because, really, he's just "an old truth teller."

On a lighter note, take a look at the Eros crew before they went out to sea.
