Chef Jessica Condy has her work cut out for her on Tuesday’s all-new episode of Below Deck Adventure based on this sneak peek.
In the clip, the charter guests aboard the Mercury are about to dig into breakfast, but it immediately becomes clear that they’re not happy with what’s being served. One guest received scrambled eggs when they wanted egg whites, and another — primary charter guest Lauran — makes a disgusted face after testing her own eggs. “I don’t like these,” she tells stew Kasie Faddah. “Can I do the more well-done?”
Kasie obliges, taking the dish back to the galley, where more of the crew is hanging out, much to Chef Jessica’s frustration. As she puts it, “[This is] no time to come have a meeting in the galley.”
She’s proved right almost immediately, as she burns her hand on the hot stove when bosun Lewis Lupton walks behind her.
Kasie then tries to tell her about the eggs, but she’s unable to focus on anything other than running her hand under cold water. “I’m not gonna be able to do a lot of things now because my whole hand is f--ked,” Jessica says, clearly in a lot of pain. “It’s burning so badly.”
