Andy Cohen Reveals the Surprising Remark Angie K. Made at the RHOSLC Season 5 Reunion
WWHL host Andy Cohen teased that the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion was "outstanding" and a "10 out of 10."
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 reunion filmed on December 5, and host Andy Cohen gathered with cast members Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Angie Katsanevas, Whitney Rose, Mary Cosby, and friend Britani Bateman in New York City for the big day.
After the reunion taping concluded, Andy teased a major moment from Angie (who sat next to him).
"When Angie K. saw that she was sitting next to me, she said, 'Wow, I went from bench-warming bitch to first position right next to Andy,'" he recounted on a broadcast of his Sirius XM show, Radio Andy. "Because last season, she was famously called a 'bench warming bitch' by Monica Garcia. So that statement didn't really age that well given that Angie K. had a really good season."
The aforementioned "bench-warming" comment took place on the RHOSLC Season 4 reunion (which is also the place where Angie and Mary formed their tight-knit friendship).
Andy Cohen teases the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion
Andy said that fans will not be disappointed when they finally get to see the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion (in the meantime, though, watch new episodes on Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo).
"Now, I always overhype stuff... so I'm just going to say [that] the reunion was just as great as the season it follows. And let me say, I view this season as a 10 out of 10, and I view the reunion as a 10 out of 10," the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host said.
The reunion day was a long one, as Andy said the taping wrapped up at 9 p.m. The dad of two teased, "There were memorable lines, there was humor, there was big drama, there was reconciliation, there was everything. Anyway, it was outstanding."
Whitney Rose's goals for the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion
During an exclusive chat with The Daily Dish on November 6, Whitney shared what she wanted to clear up at the final gathering.
"My biggest thing that I want to address is answers to if we are truly friends," she said. "If we are truly friends and you advocate that you're women supporting women, why are you treating me this way? What is the intention? I want to get to the bottom of that. I don't want any BS answers. I want the truth. Because clearly there's a problem, and I want to get to that so it stops. Because I can't have another year of friendship, [and] like, sleeping with one eye open."

Across from Angie, on Andy's direct left, is Lisa. Heather is next to Lisa, who is followed by Meredith. Friend Britani is the final person sitting on the couch on Andy's left side.
