Ryan took to his Instagram Story on Friday, March 7, where he posted a younger photo of himself (with a lot less gray hair) and revealed that MDLNY is finally a teenager. "13 years ago today on March 7, 2012, Million Dollar Listing New York premiered on [Bravo]," he wrote over the photo.

He then gave a special shoutout to Andy Cohen, among others who worked behind the scenes, "for changing the trajectory of my life." "Forever grateful," he noted in the now-disappeared Instagram Story.

Andy then reposted the photo, where he left his own words of wisdom to Ryan. "Dude, look what you've accomplished in 13 years," he wrote. "How cool."

Ryan Serhant reflects on how he's changed since MDLNY Season 1

Ryan appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in 2019, where he revealed that he's changed a lot since MDLNY Season 1. While Andy admitted he missed the "cocky, mean Ryan" from the first season, Ryan admitted that he has evolved so much since then.

"You tell me that every time," he said. "But I have a wife and a baby, and it's like a whole thing. Maybe it'll come back though."

Andy Cohen details working with Ryan Serhant on selling his apartment

Ryan reunited with Andy last year in order to sell the Bravo host's West Village duplex. The WWHL host held an Ask Andy panel at Bravo Fan Fest 2024 in Miami, where he openly talked about what it's like to work with the MDLNY alum again. "I wish you could see the goings on between us," he admitted. "It would make for its own show."

Shortly after the apartment was listed in September 2024, Ryan spoke with The New York Times where he revealed that he begged Andy to list his apartment. "The first time I walked into Andy's apartment, I said 'Whenever you are willing to part with this, even if I have to pull it from your grip, please let me know.' Because it's one for one," Ryan recalled. "It's one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to the market and sell."
