Why Andy Cohen Is "Really Excited" for Holiday Plans with Kids Ben & Lucy (EXCLUSIVE)

Andy Cohen famously counts down the final seconds of the year with his best friend, Anderson Cooper, but before New Year's Eve, he's going to be spending a lot of quality time with his kids, Ben and Lucy Cohen.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host caught up exclusively with The Daily Dish on December 11 to chat about his partnership with FRESCA Mixed, and he revealed what his holiday plans entail.
First, he shared what made his six-year-old and two-year-old kids' Christmas and Hanukkah lists.
"Ben is asking for Legos. Lucy is not really asking for anything, but she’s very into Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck," Andy told The Daily Dish. "I just Googled to find out where the Disney store is. I think I’m gonna bop up there and get her a bunch of Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck stuff."
When it comes to the holidays themselves, Andy is keeping things lower-key for his children this year.
"We’re gonna be around, and we’ll celebrate," the New York City resident said. "You know, Hanukkah is on Christmas this year. So we will celebrate that, and I’m really excited."
Andy Cohen's New Year's resolution involves a new apartment
As the dad of two looks ahead to 2025, he has one thing on his mind: getting into his new apartment in the West Village.
Andy, who listed his famous two-story West Village pad with Million Dollar Listing New York alum Ryan Serhant earlier in 2024, is currently in the process of gut-renovating his next home in the same neighborhood.
When asked to dish on his New Year's resolution, the Missouri native joked, "Just to get into this apartment."
He plans to be in his new digs by March 2025.
Andy Cohen reveals his go-to holiday cocktail
In addition to spending time with his loved ones this holiday season, Andy will occasionally be sipping on a drink he loves as well: FRESCA Mixed canned cocktails.
While Andy used to mix Fresca soda with tequila himself, the brand has since launched a line of vodka spritz canned cocktails — which makes the holidays just a bit easier for the Bravo powerhouse host and producer.
As he put it, "It's a really easy serve on New Year's and throughout the holidays."
"It is so flavorful. It’s so easy," he continued. "It’s not just tequila, it’s vodka too. I mean mango citrus is my absolute favorite flavor. And I was a big tequila Paloma guy. It’s just fun and festive and there is a big variety of flavors. And people love it. And they feel taken care of."
