Andy Cohen Tom Colicchio Throwback

There's nothing like a good throwback to brighten up your day — especially when it's absolute gold. Luckily, we've stumbled across some footage from years ago that is sure to give you a healthy serving of nostalgia.

In the video below, you'll find a lost interview with Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio in Puerto Rico. The conversation started off with some banter about the warm weather and undergarment preferences... Thankfully, the duo quickly moved onto some bigger topics, like a contestant's defeat and what Tom would cook if he were in the competition.

In the video, Andy asks Tom, "The classic Top Chef final challenge is cook the best meal of your life. So, if you were going to cook the meal of your lifetime, what do you think you would cook?"

The Top Chef judge replies, "Unrestricted, unlimited ingredients. Boy, I don't know. There's—"

Suddenly, both Andy and Tom get distracted by fellow judge Gail Simmons suspiciously walking in the background of the interview, curlers in her hair and all.

"I just want to say, for the record, Dave Serwatka owes me twenty bucks," Gail says to the camera.

Apparently, the executive producer of the show made a bet with Gail to get her to walk into frame. In the end, she did get her money. and the exchange was caught on camera! After the laughter died down, Tom was able to share his hypothetical final challenge dish with Andy — and the description just might make your mouth water.

Watch the throwback video below to find out what Tom's meal would be and to see Gail's hilarious bet in action.
