Anderson Cooper's "Heart Kind of Melted" at Son Wyatt and Ben Cohen's Latest Milestone
Andy Cohen and his BFF chatted about the super sweet moment between their boys.
It looks like Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are successfully passing their friendship onto their sons. The Watch What Happens Live host and his bestie recently chatted about the sweet developing relationship between their boys, Benjamin Allen Cohen and Wyatt Cooper, including the “breakthrough” the proud dads recently witnessed.
“The highlight of my week for the past couple months has been taking Ben over on a Saturday or Sunday to have a little hangout with Wyatt for a couple hours,” Andy explained during the November 9 episode of his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live, which you can hear a clip of, below. “I feel like for the first few times, Ben didn’t really want anything to do with Wyatt, or even to acknowledge him, but I feel like last night was kind of a milestone, don’t you?”
“Yeah, it was sweet because I was playing with them both and Ben kissed Wyatt on the cheek and hugged him and it was so cute,” Anderson noted. “He did that a couple times. My heart kind of melted.”
It sounds as though Ben and Wyatt have come a long way since their first meeting, which occurred virtually on an episode of WWHL @ Home.
“Ben, this is Wyatt Cooper. He’s gonna be your good buddy,” Andy explained in the video, below. “We’re gonna travel together, and if you like him half as much as I like his daddy, you’re gonna be great friends, you know that?”
