ANTM Alum Yaya DaCosta Shares What She *Really* Thinks of Eva Marcille on The Real Housewives of Atlanta
Here's what the Chicago Med star has to say about her fellow America's Next Top Model competitor these days.
Eva Marcille and Yaya DaCosta were fierce competitors back in the day on Cycle 3 of America's Next Top Model. Both served up such stunning looks during the competition that we didn't know who was going to take home the ANTM title when they battled it out for the top spot. Eva was ultimately crowned the winner of Cycle 3, and Yaya became the runner-up.
These days, Yaya has nothing but love for Eva. Yaya, who currently stars as April Sexton on Chicago Med, showed her support for Eva and her debut on The Real Housewives of Atlanta last season. "It's so funny, a lot of actors work so much in television and don't have that much time to actually watch TV, so I haven't seen it, but I love her so much, and I'm proud of her," Yaya shared her thoughts on Eva joining the RHOA squad. "And if whatever she's doing is making her happy, then I'm happy for her."

Tyra Banks similarly gushed about Eva's return to reality TV when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January. "I'm insanely obsessed. I am so proud of her. I mean, from Cycle 3 of America's Next Top Model, she has held her own and is doing her thing," she shared. "I know what she can do what y'all have not seen. So you guys are very much going to enjoy her."
Eva previously told The Daily Dish earlier this spring that all of the drama and intense competition of ANTM couldn't even prepare her for what her first season of RHOA would bring. "I must say I think it was a little easier in the house with the Top Models [laughs], just because we all just had one common goal. We all just wanted to be on top, so to say (no pun intended, Tyra). But when it comes to the girls of the Housewives, you really don't know what wavelength anyone is on at any given moment on any day," Eva said. "Like on Top Model, you know, we all came in with one common goal, and we're all newbies aspiring to be amazing models. But on Housewives, I'm coming in to like 10 years of history, of drama, of issues that I'm not necessarily privy to."
