Alex McCord is in De-Nile

Last night, the Real Housewives of New York City's Alex McCord, husband Simon van Kempen and family  stepped out and celebrated October 31st early at the 9th Annual Dream Halloween.

The Huffington Post caught Alex going glam on the red carpet this year, decked out as Cleopatra — a change of pace from her goofy Sarah Palin costume a few years ago at Kelly Bensimon's Halloween party. She looked hot showing off some skin in her getup, complete with a bedazzled gold bra-top, dramatic red lips, a tan(!), and an amazing black wig.

Always a good sport, Simon dressed up as Cleopatra's man Antony — pretty low-key for a man who regularly wears leather pants at parties! The kids didn't don any Roman gear, but they too got into the Halloween spirit. Francois, who celebrates his 7th birthday today (Congrats, little man!), went as Avatar's Jake Sully and Johan, 4, wore an Iron Man 2 War Machine costume.

The family had a blast at the benefit, said Alex in a mid-party tweet: "With the chums & @simonvankempen having a GREAT time at the Halloween Dream Ball & raising $ 4 children affected by AIDS (@ Capitale)"

Glad you had fun, guys! And seriously, Alex, you should think of dying your hair black — fierce!
