Madison LeCroy Shares Her Go-To "Five-Minute Ab Workout"
The Southern Charm fitness buff revealed the secrets behind her abs.
Madison LeCroy is spilling the tea on her workout regime. In an October 30th Instagram post, the Southern Charm fitness buff wrote: "Wanted to share my go-to [ab] workout since you have all been asking!" And share the workout she did, in a video that explained it all.
While standing in her kitchen, Madison said that she keeps her ab workout "kinda old school, with a little bit of a twist," and above all, brief. "It's just five minutes so it's nothing crazy," the Charleston mama said, making herself a healthy spin on pink lemonade.
As the video went on, Madison took on the role of fitness instructor, hitting her mat for an ab-building demonstration in a hot pink bra top with black leggings. The five-minute workout includes a sequence of leg lifts at 30, 60, and 90 degrees. While holding one leg in the air, Madison does crunches.
Madison LeCroy's Workout Routine
As you can see in the clip below, Madison's ab workout du jour took place inside her house— but if she wants a change of scenery, she can hit up her home gym. As she's shown on Instagram, the hairstylist has a fully stocked workout space, which is equipped with everything from a sauna and cold plunge to a stationary bike, rowing machine, treadmill, and benches.
Plus, Madison doesn't have any shortage of gym attire. In the tour of her home above, the blonde beauty says: "You've got to look at my gym closet. This is all gym clothes — it's a problem. I wasn't kidding when I said I had over 100 pairs of workout leggings, sneakers."
No wonder Madison looks so chic in the post below.
Madison has previously opened up to BravoTV.com about her commitment to exercise, "I work out with a guy named Gunnar, who has been a friend of mine for so long," she said in 2020. "Him and his girlfriend are great. They help me with meal plans and stuff like that just to keep me on track because they know that I’ve worked hard," she explained. "I would say he’s more of an accountability coach, which I appreciate 'cause sometimes I can get into the work mode and mom mode and put the health on the back burner."
Madison LeCroy's Daily Diet
In the same interview, Madison opened up about her diet. "I always try to do some kind of juice in the morning. I do celery juice for skin purposes. I don’t have the best skin so I try doing that," she said at the time. While she's recently been cooking buffalo cauliflower at home, a typical lunch for the hairstylist "is really just whatever I can get my hands on." Still, she noted: "I’m pretty mindful about whatever I eat."
