See What Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi Looked Like Before Her Nose Job
These throwback snaps of the Shahs of Sunset cast member show her before she had a nose job or any lip fillers.
In the March 20 episode of Shahs of Sunset, Golnesa "GG" Gharachedeghi spilled some details on her anonymous sperm donor. Along with healthy genes, the man that GG calls her "donor daddy" has some other things going for him — including a good nose and good lips.
"I looked at the picture [of the anonymous sperm donor], I'm like OK! Mmhm," GG said in her interview, pointing to her nose. "OK, well, his nose. I'm Persian so you know I've had this cut off. So you know I'm thinking ... I've gotta make sure [the sperm donor's] got a small schnauzer and it's not too big."
"And then lips, I have mine injected because they're smaller, so we want to make sure he's got nice ones," she said. "Everything got weighed out — after the genetics, of course!"
The Shahs cast member has always been open about her cosmetic procedures. When she celebrated her birthday last year, she posted a photo of herself looking gorgeous in a slinky silver dress. "This is what 37 looks like... ok maybe with the help of plastic surgery... but still," she wrote.
