It's Gretchen Rossi from The Real Housewives of Orange County! We spotted Gretchen partying with the Shahs, looking gorgeous as ever. Gretchen is good friends with Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, so it's no wonder that she showed up to support her bestie! She and fiancé Slade Smiley even attended GG's dramatic '80s themed birthday party (you know, the one where Shervin's swervin' was exposed?), appropriately dressed in neon.
