Shahs of Sunset's Asa Soltan Rahmati has a rather restrictive diet at home with her man, Jermaine Jackson Jr.
"Jermaine is a raw foodist," she told The Feast (clip above). "We go to farmer's market[s]. At home we only eat organic food."
Asa's own diet is somewhat less restrictive. "I'm not a full-on vegan, but I was vegan for 10 years," she explained. "I'm a pescatarian. I eat mostly seafood."
Naturally, there's an exception: "But if there's kabob, I might have some meat!"
The occasional kabob aside, however, Asa said she's really lost her taste for meat since becoming a mom. "Since Soltan has been born, I can't eat meat. It just disgusts me," she said.
Overall, she said her lifestyle prepared her for the restrictions that come with pregnancy — which can be hard for many people who have to change everything over those months. "I don't really drink. I don't smoke — so it's kinda like I was already sort of ready to go for being pregnant," she said. "I do yoga. I drink juice. Jermaine made me juice every day. So we're very clean at home."
