Here's What Christian Siriano Thinks About Project Runway's Return to Bravo
The Project Runway Season 4 winner talks about the next phase of the fashion competition.
This past May, our fashion-loving hearts were filled with joy when we learned that Project Runway will be returning to its original home network, Bravo. The fashion competition has introduced us to some of the most innovative and ground-breaking designers in the game, including in-demand designer Christian Siriano. From dressing stars like former First Lady Michelle Obama to helping to fill a void in the fashion industry with his inclusive New York Fashion Week shows and designs, and launching numerous collabs like his most recent partnership with Transitions Optical, the Project Runway Season 4 winner has become a true force in the fashion world. So, of course, we had to get the designer's thoughts on the big news.
"It’s good and I think what’s great about the show is that it should be fresh and new and move on from all the past. Don’t you think?" Siriano told The Lookbook. "Yeah. Make it fresh, make it different," he said.
As for Siriano making an appearance on the show again, that may not happen for a while. "I did judge a little bit before, but I probably won’t be able to now because it always films when I am so busy, that's always what's really hard," Siriano shared.
Afterall, he does have a fashion empire to run.
