Long Island Medium Teresa Caputo Saw Her Ex-Husband Larry for the First Time in Nine Months
The meeting brought up lots of emotion for both parties.
Teresa Caputo can see most things coming. Still, it seems that the Long Island Medium star couldn't quite predict how hard it would be to sit down with her ex-husband, Larry Caputo, after their split.
In a sneak peek at the new season of the TLC show, People shared a clip that featured the medium talking about a meeting with her husband of some 30 years. "We separated about a year ago and so I haven’t physically seen Larry in like, nine months,” Teresa shared.
The restaurant meeting wasn't any less emotional for Larry. "It’s not easy,” he said in the clip. “After 30-plus years — how do you not have emotions?"
The couple divorced in April, and are — needless to say — still adjusting to their new reality. "It was weird waking up and Larry not being there,” Teresa shared, talking about coming to after a major surgery. “But this is our new life.”
Speaking of new, it's been reported that Larry has moved on to a fresh romance after the split. Back in June, he shared with TMZ that he'd met "someone special." Here's hoping new love is in Teresa's cards, as well.
