Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes Pretty Much Made Things Official-Official at the Met Gala
America's most private couple took their love to the most public pink carpet of the year: the 2019 Met Gala in New York City.
Couples like Katharine McPhee and David Foster and Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas have used the Met Gala's world famous red (or pink) carpet as a coming-out party of sorts, and now another notoriously private pair has used it to basically say, "Yes! We are together!"
Ladies and gentlemen, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx appeared rather cozy at last night's event, both inside the event and in behind-the-scenes videos taken by their friend, fashion designer Zac Posen, who was part of their party crew.
Both have recently taken pains to appear as though they aren't a couple of six years, including Foxx's public proclamation at a February Oscars after-party that he was single. Uh, for the night, maybe, but he really wasn't fooling anyone!
The two shared a limo (and some sweet moves) and, at one point, she reached out for his hand (which he obviously took). Then, naturally, they sat side-by-side at dinner later in the evening.
Yup, we see you hiding there in the back of this group photo, Mr. Foxx, and, yes, we can recognize that's Ms. Holmes' skirt (and possibly also her legs) draped over you in that limo.
