Luann de Lesseps' Hamptons House Is for Sale ... And It Just Got a Lot Cheaper
You know you want to see the photos!
Luann de Lesseps is really ready to say, “Au revoir” to the Hamptons — even if it means taking a $500,000 loss on her Sag Harbor home. As we learned last month, The Real Housewives of New York City star decided to move on her from her longtime summer vacation spot this year and head north to the Catskills instead. Will she be hanging with fellow Housewives and Catskills-lovers Dorinda Medley and Heather Thomson? Only time (and Instagram!) will tell.
Though Luann listed her four-bedroom, four-bathroom Hamptons abode for $6.25 million in June, she just recently dropped the price a whopping $500,000 to $5.75 million. While that seems like a whole lot of cash to us, we’re guessing the Countess is saying, “C’est la vie,” somewhere upstate.
Purchased for $2.43 million in 2013, the 2,500-square-foot home has been the site of many legendary RHONY moments—it’s where Carole Radziwill met future boyfriend Adam Kenworthy! It’s where Andy Cohen interviewed Luann after she split from Tom D’Agostino! And on top of those juicy moments, the waterfront house is also as charming as they come, complete with a guest house and it’s own private dock. Check out all the photos below, and if you’ve got $6 million to spare — you can also rent the home for a cool $150,000 a month—contact the broker here.
Yup, it also has a white picket fence. Talk about curb appeal.
Was there ever a prettier view from a sun-drenched kitchen? We think not.
Situated on a third of an acre, the house is primed for outdoor entertaining.
The Countess nailed this beadboard and marble combination in her master bathroom.
It would be impossible to be stressed in this gorgeous master bedroom.
