Pleasure Principle

Mixing business and pleasure is my credo, but Heather and Josh Altman's romance might be crossing the line. As my Grandma told me, you can pay her salary, but you don't have the power of pillow talk. This whole situation is obviously making me feel a little uncomfortable, especially since Josh Altman has gone out of his way to prove his player behavior. 

Oh, and to touch a bit on real estate, my client is once again high stress and slightly dramatic. I swear I end up in some unique situations, but I love it. At the end of the day we sold the condo for a very fair price, and I believe all were happy, including my hot-tempered Colombian client. And yes, some of you may remember Lydia Simon from the first season of Million Dollar Listing... She was one of the agents, and I have always loved her. She is the "Condo Queen" of Los Angeles and sells more than anyone else in that market.  

Wish I could write more, but I have to tend to my many escrows...
