Can you believe this is for real? Even the other agent, Burt was looking at him like he was being unreasonable. Seriously, forget about the car and fork up a little extra $$$ if you want the house.
Needless to say, we went our separate ways and that was that. "Adios", or wait, "Dovidjenja" is goodbye is Bosnian...and now you have no "panty dropper" house, nor do you have a "panty dropper" car.
My new client on this episode is the best. Dr. Darshan Shah is a stellar seller. He is serious, motivated, and smart. He has a cool house on a great quiet street, but like most sellers, we had to do a little adjusting on reality and price.
As an agent, this is one of the most important parts of a listing: pricing it right. I do not want to create false expectations for the seller and the value of the home, nor do I want to list a home that I can't sell because the price is unrealistic.
I thought it was pretty funny to that I had, and still don't, any idea who Maks is from Dancing with the Stars...but he was a stud. I love my job...haha.
