See Tyler Whitman's New Apartment That "Takes Up the Entire Floor of the Building"
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker's new 2,300-square-foot apartment has a spacious kitchen, gorgeous guest room, and impressive home workout studio.
As Tyler Whitman continues to hit impressive new milestones in his career, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent is also checking off major boxes on his own real estate wish list.
"When I first moved to New York and I had no money, I was like, 'I'll know I've arrived when I have a guest room,'" Tyler explained in the exclusive Bravo Insider video above. Now, with a vibrant guest room, impressive home workout studio, and plenty of luxe furniture, Tyler finally feels like his new home "kind of represents the properties" that he sells.
"Everything in here is very open," Tyler added, "The apartment takes up the entire floor of the building, which is really awesome."
Although every room of the home is incredible, there is one that Tyler is particularly obsessed with. "I'm actually very excited about this bedroom," he said. "All of the art and everything is custom." Although he initially wasn't sure how he felt about a new piece of wall art featuring a neon light because, as he recalled, "I was like, 'It's not a porno,'" now, Tyler joked, "It is most definitely a porno and I am so here for it."
