Welcome to 1884!

This week everyone is on the move. Ryan Serhant books it uptown to West 87th Street for two very similar listings on the same block for two different sellers.

How to Watch

Catch up on Million Dollar Listing New York on Peacock or the Bravo App.

Steve Gold spends nights awake in bed dreaming of selling an unfinished, 1897 townhouse in the West Village. When the developer decides to finish the property rather than sell it, Steve loses $11,000 for the work he's already done for the listing. Instead, he gains a new listing worth $8.95 million. Not too shabby.

Fredrik Eklund is the big winner this episode as he sells the final two (and most expensive at $17.5 and $16.5 million a piece) Soho homes. After managing to fluster Bethenny Frankel, she decides not to buy a residence, but rather sparks the idea of them entering into a different business deal.
