Yes, the residences feature grand proportions, with ceilings over 11' high and massive windows that will flood space with light and offer stunning Hudson River and Park panoramas, but the construction site is cold, noisy and dirty. Renting that massive yacht wasn't cheap, and it had never been done before in real estate. We circled Manhattan, under all the bridges and then I timed my speech right as we were passing 290 West to our left, so all the brokers and buyers could really see how the building is located smack on the water! Those views can never be blocked by anyone or anything. And my idea paid off! The yacht became my floating showroom, with renderings on the tv screens, and the deck filled with people wanting my product.

I had no idea my husband Derek had been talking to our friend Lynn about the eggs all along. She is so beautiful, her energy is everything we could wish for, and she is so loyal and kind. It's typical Derek: he always wants my best, our best, and works in unselfish and sometimes quiet ways. I was in shock when they took me out on deck. I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. I have tears in my eyes as I'm writing this. I'm going to be a father. Yes! WE are going to be fathers. Little Milla is on her way, and all we can do now is wait for her with our loving arms open and ready. God knows we are ready. Thank you to the Universe!!!
