Ryan Serhant Just Gave Us All a Sneak Peek of an Insane $188m Bel Air Mansion
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent called the Los Angeles property “the 8th wonder of the world.”
While visiting California this week, Million Dollar Listing New York's Ryan Serhant gave his 789,000 Instagram followers a behind-the-scenes tour of one of Los Angeles’ biggest and most expensive properties on the market, which Ryan dubbed “the 8th wonder of the world.” Located in the ultra-exclusive Bel Air neighborhoods (you know, the one where the Fresh Prince lived?), 924 Bel-Air Road is a 38,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom, 31-bathroom home that is currently on the market for $188 million.
Yes, you read that right. Built by luxury developer Bruce Makowsky in 2016, the property originally went on the market in 2017 for $250 million and was relisted in April of this year with a 62 million price cut … making the house affordable for all! Just kidding. The house is specifically being marketed towards billionaires.

What do you get for $188 million? Let’s see, well there’s 17,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining decks, for one. Ryan was especially impressed by the home office that came with motorcycles lining the walls and the massive walk-in closet that had him experiencing some major “closet envy.” Also included in the home: a 40-seat movie theater, a four-lane bowling alley, three gourmet kitchens, two master bedroom suites, fives bars and even a massage studio. Because billionaires need daily massages.
Check out more images of the over-the-top property below, and thanks for the tour, Ryan!
