Josh Flagg Opens Up About His Incredible New $9.2M Beverly Hills Home
"Just because Bobby and I will be getting divorced, that does not mean life stops. Business continues as usual," the MDLLA agent said.
Josh Flagg just purchased his dream home.
On March 17, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent confirmed to BravoTV.com that he bought a Beverly Hills abode in an off-market deal. As it turns out, the 7,100-square-foot house, which had an asking price of $9,200,000, had been on Josh's mind for quite some time. As he told BravoTV.com via email: “I have had my eye on this home since I was a little boy."
"It was actually an opportune time," he added. "Because a year ago, when it was brought to my attention that the owners may consider selling, I was halfway through renovations on another house that I had hired and fired three contractors, architects, and fought with the city for close to two years to build what I wanted… but when this came across my desk, I stopped everything and was immediately determined to get this home. It's always been my favorite home in the flats."
Of course, Josh already has big plans for the 7-bedroom 8-bathroom home and is collaborating with architect William Hefner on the rebuild.
The news comes just weeks after Josh and Bobby Boyd announced their decision to end their marriage. "Just because Bobby and I will be getting divorced, that does not mean life stops. Business continues as usual,” Josh shared in a statement provided to BravoTV.com (and first reported by TMZ.) "I have been pursuing this house for as long as I can remember, but been aggressively courting the sellers this last year when I was told by a few people they were more seriously considering a sale. If you push and push hard enough, eventually I find that you get what you want.”
