Josh: The Negotiation with the Brits Was Hysterical
Josh Altman thinks he might have met his match in this week's episode.
Hillside was an amazing house. This is a great example as how to pick up listings. I had stopped by that listing many times before it was finished. The Altman Brothers have an incredible team of 12 agents, and we cover all of Southern California. The negotiation in the episode with the Brits was hysterical. The money gun scene may have been one of the funnier MDLLA scenes that I can remember. My client was so happy with the end result of the negotiation that he has since asked us to list another home for him. Our referral business is huge as our clients know that we treat their money like we treat our own and do anything for them to get the most money possible. I also loved working with the little girl in the episode. She is for sure a future real estate force to be reckoned with. She is so smart and gave me a run for my money in the listing meeting.
I’m happy to announce The Altman Brothers were ranked 18 in the country by the Wall Street Journal for volume sold last year. This is a big deal and once again the only people on MDLLA to break the top 25. I just got back from a sold-out speaking engagement in Tennessee where 2,000 amazing agents showed up to take their business to the next level. My hand is tired from signing so many of my new books, It’s Your Move. LOL. See you next week.
