David: There Wasn't Any Doubt Who My Best Man Would Be

This was a particularly exciting episode for me, naturally! The discussion of whether or not to sell the house on Orlando drive had been rather daunting for Adrian and I. She was concerned that my inclination to sell meant that I didn’t see a future for us, when the truth is that I am constantly thinking about my future with Adrian. There is nothing more in this world that I want than to be her husband and to spend our lives together. Showing James and Valeria the ring was such a thrill for me. I knew they would share in my excitement. There was never any doubt as to who my best man would be. James has been my best mate for my entire life, and I would be honored to have him stand beside me on my wedding day. He was such a support to me while selling Orlando Dr. James knew my passion for the property, and knew that nothing less than the perfect deal would do. Fortunately enough, the perfect deal came through!

As for Tower Lane, this was yet another gratifying sale for Bond Street Partners. We are always so happy to work with Josh Flagg, and Ilan’s offering coming in at OVER asking really helped to show Billy that they made the right choice by hiring us. We couldn’t be happier. Now, off to Capri and the beginning of the rest of my life.
