David Parnes: This Property Is a Developer's Dream

I must say, I was rather thrilled with our Tower Lane listing. This property is a developer’s dream, perfectly positioned across the street from Beverly Hills without all the fuss of Beverly Hills strict building regulations. Without these restrictions, a developer could build a much bigger home on this land. We knew that Altman and Flagg would undoubtedly have clients interested in this property--we just didn’t know that it would be the SAME client… The negative feelings between Altman and Flagg have been growing for quite some time, and unfortunately I think Tower Lane might have been the straw that broke the camel’s back. I suppose this moment was inevitable, but I think that James and I might have preferred not to be stuck directly in the middle of it!
