Toya and Eugene Give Simone and Cecil a Tour of Their Amazing New Home
The Married to Medicinecouplehave a new abode, and it’s simply incredible.
Toya-Bush Harris is living her best life. The Married to Medicine mama’s new house is ready and, um, it’s amazing. How do we know? In this new video, Toya and her husband, Dr. Eugene Harris, give their friend Dr. Simone Whitmore and her real estate broker husband, Cecil Whitmore, a tour of their new digs and their reaction is priceless. In a video first shared with Bravo Insider members (press play above), Cecil is gobsmacked by the property, saying, “As a real estate agent, I have to say this house is totally amazing. This house is perfect for the Bush-Harris empire… but if things don’t work out, I can sell it.”
Not if Toya has anything to say about it! As she comments in the above video, “There is not a thing about this home that I don’t love!” But it’s the time it took to get there that really makes the mom of two appreciate her new surroundings, as the couple has been on a strict budget after owing hundreds of thousands of dollars in back taxes.
“This has been a long time coming; we have been waiting so many years to get where we are now,” she told Bravo Insider, adding, "When Eugene became a physician, our first house was not in the millions. Let's be clear. It was under six and some people's is under three. And so at the end of the day, when you build up the ladder and you get to a place where you can afford certain things and put certain things down and the bank actually says approved and you're at closing and you actually leave with a key, let's be clear, it's a big deal."
And to be clear, this house is a big deal. Highlights? Well, there’s Toya’s two-story closet. That’s right, TWO-STORY CLOSET. And there’s Eugene’s sprawling basement man cave complete with a marble bar, and the couple’s master bathroom, which you access via studded leather sliding doors.
