Did Natalie Portman Just Chop Off All Her Hair Again?

Blonde, buzzed, or pink, Natalie Portman is one Hollywood actress who isn’t afraid to try it all when it comes to her hair. Ever since her iconic buzz cut for her role in V for Vendetta in 2007, we've seen Portman transform for plenty of movie characters. Now, the actress has been spotted with a bold new look, and it is so fierce.

Photogs recently snapped images of Portman filming in New York City for her latest project, Vox Lux. In the drama, she plays a musician named Celeste who achieves superstardom after a set of unusual circumstances. In the images, the Hollywood beauty is sporting a moto leather jacket, with ripped denim, a graphic t-shirt, rockstar level shades, and a pixie cut to complete her edgy look. Clearly, Celeste is a total badass.

While there is no doubt that Portman wouldn't have a problem making a major hair chop for the role, we’re pretty sure this look didn’t involve a pair of scissors. Instead, it appears to be the result of some exquisite hair tucking and pinning. This wouldn't come as a surprise considering that many stars and celebrity hairstylists have become especially fond of faux hairstyles lately.

Recently, we’ve seen Lisa Rinna switch her iconic short ‘do for long strands on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen and Kyle Richards rock a faux bob. Heck, even Kate Middleton gave a faux bob a test run before making the actual cut.

Faux or real, there's no denying Portman can work any hairstyle you throw at her.
